Moon Creations was formed in 2012 with a mission to bring colour, fun and innovation to the colour cosmetic and party makeup sectors. Over the past 12 years we have grown to offer a complete range of professional quality special effects makeup for every occasion. We are one of the largest companies in the sector, producing more than 3 million items every year!

Our in-house manufacturing facilities are ISO9001 and Good Manufacturing Practice GMP UN22716 accredited. We are subject to regular external audits and strive to continually improve our products and processes to ensure our products are the best available and that our processes are as efficient as possible.

All of our products have been stringently tested by approved independent evaluation bodies to ensure compliance with EU1223/2009, US FDA*, Health Canada and 20 other key international cosmetic regulations. The entire Moon Creations collection is free from Fragrances, Parabens and SLS.

* Vast majority of products fully comply with FDA regulation - as indicated by the FDA Compliant logo on each product page. All products featured meet the requirements of EU, Canadian and other major international cosmetic regulations. We have also undertaken independent testing to confirm the safety of all of our products.

None of our products have been tested on animals. We undertake annual social and ethical audits to ensure we and our suppliers are meeting our environmental, labour, business ethics and heath and safety obligations globally. We have been improving the sustainability of our products and are committed to ensuring we continually improve our products to make recycling as easy as possible for the end user.

Our clamshell packaging and boxset window film is now made from PET instead of PVC, making it fullyrecyclable. The paper used to manufacture our boxsets, CDU headers and clamshell cards is now exclusively from FSC accredited sources. And, the majority of our products are also 100% Vegan (we’re working on the rest!)
